To effect optimal performance in competitive sports at a competition, an athlete needs several different components. An athlete trains technically, tactically, mentally, cultivates his or her social environment, chooses the accurate equipment, minds his or her nutrition, and compiles an appropriate fitness training. The combination of these factors is usually complex. A holistic development of the athlete is important. “Brave, focussed and step by step” is our credo. 

With its knowledge to be part of a complex high-capacity process, VOGT TRAINING offers solutions in all physical aspects and their  control.

Mental aspects are picked up therefore as well. Focus and concentration during fitness training is crucial. Thereby we prevent injuries. An athlete should learn their boundaries and acquire tools to overcome them. 

We have a holistic approach and work with functional movements. Back and core training, exercises with your own bodyweight, slow lifts and olympic lifts with barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells are the basis of our training sessions. 

Depending on your goals we are working plyometric, intermittent or in intervals. Polarized endurance training, HIT training as well as hypertrophy are components of our repertoire.
